Ag Tech will operate the project in compliance
with the following restrictions and site limitations:
The biosolids are not a hazardous waste as defined in 40 CFR 261.24.
No permanent storage facilities are used.
Biosolids will not be stored or applied to land closer than shown from the features below:

The biosolids will not be applied to any land with a slope exceeding 6% or that lies within a 100 yr. floodplain.
The biosolids will not be applied to any land that has a pH lower than 7.0
The biosolids will not be applied to land where the depth to groundwater is less than 80 feet.
